The 120 sq.m apartment is located in the Ligurian village of Fontana, a short 5-minute drive from Levanto. This village of Fontona, thanks to its position and small population, is able to offer its visitors a tranquil atmosphere, far from traffic and the hustle and bustle of every day life. The villages of Cinque Terre are within a few minutes reach on the frequently-running trains, and station only is 5 minutes drive from the apartment. This nicest apartment has a beamed ceiling and a terra-cotta floor. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a spacious, yet welcoming living room with a TV, a bathroom and a large modern kitchen, fitted with a washing machine and a dishwasher. On the first floor there are two light and spacious bedrooms with double beds. One has a window and doors opening onto a balcony which faces the green hills that surround Fontona; and the other has a window which looks out upon the boundaries of Villanova and Piè di Legnaro. At the end of the hall there is a third bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms have large spacious, built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is tiled and finished in marble.
